NOTE: Prices stated are for the show duration (2 days)
- Pitch sizes given are maximum unless
multiple pitches are booked. All vehicles must be within pitch boundaries,
additional parking is available away from pitch.
- While every endeavor will be
made to accommodate specific location requirements the organizers will not
guarantee to comply with any such requests.
- You will be able to arrive on
Friday 5th August after 10.00 hours and must vacate the site by 12.00
hours on Monday 8th August.
- Pitches must be bookings must be
received by 1st August. After this date pitches will only be available if
space allows and will have to be paid for cash on the day at the rate of £55 per unit before setting up.
RULES
AND CONDITIONS
(A) As this event is being held at a working Airfield the discharge of any pyrotechnic, smoke generator, firearm (blank or otherwise) or the release of candle powered hot air ballons without the specific permission of the organisers is strictly forbidden. Any contravention will result in the person(s)responsible being asked to leave the Site and the authorities informed.
(B) All civilian vehicles not within the bounds of your pitch must be removed
from the display areas to a designated car park during public opening times
(10.00hrs. and 17.00hrs.)
(C) We would point out that this is a family show and many entrants tell us
that they like coming to the Essex MVT events because of the peaceful
atmosphere. We therefore ask you to keep music etc. to a reasonable level, and turn off music and generators by 24.00hrs and consider other Entrants camping at the Event.

I/We declare that I/We have public liability insurance for a minimum indemnity
of £2m covering our activities as a Trader described above and evidence of such
cover operative for the duration of the event/show will be required to gain
entry to the show/event site.
