PLEASE NOTE: Prices stated are for the show duration - £60.00 per pitch and £100 per pitch for corner plots.

  • Pitch sizes given are maximum unless multiple pitches are booked. All vehicles must be within pitch boundaries, additional parking is available away from pitch.

  • You will be able to arrive on Friday 3rd August after 10.00 hours and must vacate the site by 12.00 hours on Monday 6th August.

  • Pitch bookings must be received by 28th July. After this date pitches will only be available if space allows and will have to be paid for cash on the day at the rate of £100 per unit before setting up.

  • Entry for up to three people per booking is included. Others will be charged show entry prices unless prior arrangements have been made.


RULES AND CONDITIONS(

  • As this event is being held at a working airfield the discharge of any pyrotechnic, smoke generator, firearm (blank or otherwise) without the specific permission of the organisers is strictly forbidden. Any contravention will result in the person(s) responsible being asked to leave the site and the authorities informed.

  • The lighting and launching of ‘Chinese lantern’ type devices is strictly prohibited.
    Any lantern that is lit within a 5 mile radius of any airfield should be notified to the civil aviation authority (CAA) under their procedures for organised firework display notification system to airmen (NOTAM). Breaches of this CAA rule can mean that the show is closed immediately, with no appeal.

  • All civilian vehicles will be removed from the display areas to a designated car park during public opening times (09:45hrs. And 17.00hrs.)

  • We would point out that this is a family show and many entrants tell us that they like coming to the Essex MVT events because of the peaceful atmosphere. We therefore ask you to keep music etc. To a reasonable level, and turn off music and generators by 23.00hrs and consider other entrants camping at the event.
